Warranty Coverage:
Saylor Automotive guarantees the labor performed on your vehicle for a period of 30 days from the date of service. This warranty applies only to labor associated with the specific repairs listed on your invoice.
What’s Covered:
- Labor performed by Saylor Automotive related to services shown on the invoice.
- Corrections needed due to errors in workmanship or installation by our technicians.
What’s Not Covered:
- Parts or components (these may be covered by a separate parts supplier warranty).
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, off-road or racing use, or lack of routine maintenance.
- Repairs performed or altered by another facility after our service.
- Consequential or incidental damages, such as towing, rental, or loss of vehicle use.
- Engine rebuilds are not covered under this warranty unless otherwise stated by Saylor Automotive at the time of service.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Return the vehicle to Saylor Automotive within the 30-day warranty period.
- Provide the original service invoice.
- Allow us the opportunity to inspect and re-perform the labor if necessary.
Limitations:
This warranty is limited to re-performing the original labor at no additional charge. No refunds will be issued. Towing and other related costs are not included.
